Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Once an organization has submitted its application and paid the certification fee, it cannot cancel the certification process. However, if an organization fails to comply with the requirements of the certification process, the issuing organization reserves the right to cancel the application at any time.

 

Refund Policy:

• In the event that an organization’s application is cancelled by the issuing organization due to noncompliance, the organization will not be eligible for a refund.
• If an organization withdraws its application before the certification process begins, it will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the certification fee.
• If an organization withdraws its application after the certification process begins, it will not be eligible for a refund.
• If an organization is denied certification due to noncompliance, it will not be eligible for a refund.
• If an organization is denied certification for any other reason, it will be eligible for a full refund of the certification fee.

The issuing organization reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without notice. Any modifications to this policy will be posted on the I am safe at work website.

Payment Terms:

• The certification fee must be paid in full at the time of application.
• Payment can be made online using a credit card or other accepted payment methods.

Non-transferability:

• The I am safe at work certification is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The certification cannot be transferred to another organization, nor can the certification fee be transferred to a future application.

 

Application Review:

• Applications will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.
• The issuing organization reserves the right to request additional information from the applicant as part of the certification process.

Denial of Certification:

• If an organization is denied certification for any reason, it will receive a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for denial.
• The organization will have the opportunity to address any deficiencies and reapply for certification.
