Terms & Conditions

1. The “I am safe at work™” certificate is a trademark owned by the 6thVeda Solutions LLP and can only be used with express permission from the 6thVeda Solutions LLP.
2. The certificate is awarded for a specific period of time and must be renewed upon expiration.
3. The certificate is non-transferable and can only be used by the organization for which it was issued.
4. The organization is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the certification process is accurate and truthful.
5. The organization must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
6. The issuing organization reserves the right to revoke the certificate if the organization is found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions.
7. The issuing organization is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the certificate.
8. The organization agrees to use the certificate in a manner that is consistent with the values and mission of the issuing organization.
9. The organization agrees to cooperate with the issuing organization in any efforts to promote workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
10. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the 6thVeda Solutions LLP. The organizations will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions in writing.
11. The organization must maintain the standards and practices that were assessed during the certification process in order to continue using the certificate.
12. The organization agrees to allow the 6thVeda Solutions LLP to conduct periodic inspections and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with certification standards.
13. The organization must immediately notify the 6thVeda Solutions LLP of any changes to its operations, practices, or policies that may impact workplace safety or employee wellbeing.
14. The organization must acknowledge that the certificate is not a guarantee of safety or wellbeing, and that it is the responsibility of the organization to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its employees.
15. The organization agrees to use the certificate in a manner that does not imply endorsement or affiliation with the issuing organization, unless express permission has been granted.
16. The organization agrees to pay all applicable fees related to the certification process and use of the certificate.
17. The organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the issuing organization from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the organization’s use or misuse of the certificate.
18. The organization agrees to cooperate with any investigations or inquiries related to the use of the certificate.
19. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the organization and the issuing organization and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the issuing organization is located. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
21. The issuing organization reserves the right to revoke or suspend the certificate at any time, for any reason, without notice.
22. The organization must immediately cease all use of the certificate upon revocation or suspension.
23. The organization agrees to use the certificate only in relation to the specific site or facility that was assessed during the certification process.
24. The organization agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
25. The organization agrees to promptly correct any identified deficiencies or noncompliance issues related to workplace safety or employee wellbeing.
26. The organization agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the certification process, including but not limited to information related to its operations, practices, and policies.
27. The organization agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information or materials provided during the certification process, unless express permission has been granted to disclose such information.
28. The organization agrees to use the certificate only for its intended purpose, which is to demonstrate its commitment to workplace safety and employee wellbeing.
29. The organization acknowledges that the we may use its name and logo for promotional purposes related to the certification program.
30. The organization acknowledges that any misuse of the certificate or failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in legal action or other remedies as permitted by law.

The legal relationship with the organization, including these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by and construed by the laws of India and in particular to Govt of Madhya Pradesh. The competent court is the court in the district where we have our main establishment, but always in India.

Fee Payment – I am Safe at Work™ Certification

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions for the fee payment associated with obtaining the I am Safe at Work™ Certification:

1. Fee Structure: The fee structure for the I am Safe at Work™ Certification will be provided upon request or as indicated in the official communication from our organization. The fee may vary based on the size, location, and nature of your organization.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is to be made as per the agreed-upon terms mentioned in the invoice. The payment can be made via the specified payment methods, including bank transfers, checks, or online payment gateways, as applicable.
3. Invoice Generation: An official invoice detailing the certification fee will be provided upon your request or as part of our communication. Please ensure that all the information on the invoice is accurate before making the payment.
4. Payment Due Date: The payment is due by the date mentioned in the invoice. If the payment is not received by the due date, your certification application may be delayed or subject to cancellation.
5. Currency: All fee amounts are stated in the currency specified in the invoice. Any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment gateway are your responsibility.
6. Non-Refundable: The certification fee is non-refundable. Once the payment is made and the certification process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
7. Confirmation of Payment: Your certification process will commence only after we receive confirmation of the payment. Please provide the necessary payment details or receipts to expedite the process.
8. Additional Costs: The certification fee covers the specified services mentioned in our communication. Any additional costs incurred during the certification process, such as travel expenses or site visits, will be communicated to you and billed separately.
9. Change in Scope: If there are any changes in the scope of the certification process or the services required, it may result in a change in the fee. Any adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
10. Validity: The certification fee covers the initial certification period. Renewal fees may apply for maintaining the certification beyond the initial period. The renewal terms and fees will be communicated to you well in advance.
11. Confidentiality: All payment-related information shared by you will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing the payment.
12. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes related to the fee payment or certification process, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable discussions and negotiations.
